Blackdrive Rasinar Studios ("we," "us," or "our") develops Neon Drift: Space Escape (the "Game") for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Neon Drift: Space Escape is designed to work with minimal personal data. Depending on the features you use, the following information may be collected:

• Gameplay data — high scores, level progress, coins, unlocked ships, and completed missions, stored locally on your device and, if you sign in with a platform account, synced via that platform (e.g. Google Play Games Services).
• Device information — device model, operating system version, language settings, and general app performance data (crash reports, load times) used to keep the Game stable.
• Advertising and analytics identifiers — if the Game displays ads or uses analytics, third-party providers (see below) may collect an advertising ID or similar identifier to measure app performance and, where applicable, show ads.
• Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other direct contact information through the Game itself.

How We Use Information

• To operate core gameplay features such as saving progress, scores, and unlocked content.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve game performance and balance.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g. which levels or missions are most played) so we can improve future updates.
• To display advertising and measure its effectiveness, where advertising is present in the Game.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Third-Party Services

The Game may use third-party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and in-app purchases, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. These can include services such as Google Play Games Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google AdMob. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Neon Drift: Space Escape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Game and its service providers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can disable personalized ads through your Google account settings, where supported.
• You can uninstall the Game at any time, which will remove locally stored data from your device.
• If the Game is linked to a Google Play Games account, you can manage or disconnect that connection through your Google account settings.
